Organisation: Riverside Project
This is a volunteer role
Info: Wildlife surveyors wanted for woodland regeneration & countryside skills project
Closing date: 24/02/2018
Hours: Flexible and year round. We would anticipate a regular commitment of at least one day a month

The Riverside Project is a newly established venture, which aims to highlight the benefits of traditional countryside conservation skills and crafts. It seeks to demonstrate how you can sustainably manage a woodland to produce green wood for working whilst at the same time maximising opportunities for wildlife to thrive. We are looking for volunteers to help survey the flora and fauna on the site. We want to establish a baseline survey of species present and then monitor these on an on-going basis as part of our management plan for the site. For further information please see attached role description.
