Snowdrop Valley

Snowdrop Valley is located in the heart of Exmoor nestling below the village of Wheddon Cross in the Avill Valley. Each February the valley comes alive with the signs of spring as snowdrops carpet the valley and visitors are given access to parts of the valley not usually open to the public.

CareMoor funds have helped to provide new signage to help visitors navigate their way between the village and the valley. Like all of Exmoor's Rights of Way signposts they are made from timber harvested from the National Park's own woodlands.
