Exmoor Young chef Competition
Through this annual competition partners are seeking to inspire young people and ignite the passion for cooking that can lead a young person onto great things in a rewarding career within the hospitality industry on Exmoor.
There is an abundance of fantastic local produce, award-winning restaurants and exciting training and upskilling opportunities available in the National Park. Watch the film taken at the inaugural event.
Exmoor Young Chef Hall of Fame
2022 - Winner: Perran Clark (Braunton). Runner up: Nathan Reardon (Cullompton)
2023 - Winner: Katrina Nightingale (Wiveliscombe). Runner up: Amy Wickens (Rodhuish)

The competition has been organised by Visit Exmoor, Exmoor National Park Authority and Minehead Rotary Club.
The competition is part of a larger project to develop a Centre of Excellence for Hospitality in the area, celebrating the Exmoor food scene and encouraging young people to consider exciting careers in this dynamic and exciting industry.
