Join our Field Services Team to help maintain our rights of way and ensure the public can enjoy the special qualities of the National Park
We are seeking a Field Services and Estates Worker to join our team to help maintain public paths and the National Park’s land and property, as well as undertaking other outdoor practical work. This includes installing signs, gates and bridges, carrying out surface and drainage repairs, vegetation cutting, fencing, tree felling, banking and walling.
The post holder would be competent in the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment, e.g. chainsaws, tractors and their attachments, pedestrian mowers, diggers, dumpers, rollers, and, in the workshop, carpentry workshop machinery to construct path furniture and signs, etc.
